Introduction

Bytsecure was designed with Privacy by Design principles. We do not collect, store, or process client data — the only thing we keep is your billing record. All other data belongs exclusively to the client and resides on their infrastructure.

We guarantee that your business data — documents, customer conversations, financial records — is never exported to third countries nor used for training. Only the prompt goes to a European cloud provider, with no transfer outside the EU.

All systems are hosted and run exclusively on secure servers within the European Union. The client chooses: on-premise installation on their infrastructure or dedicated EU cloud. In both cases, no data leaves EU borders.

Bytsecure NEVER uses your corporate data to retrain its language models. Your data is used exclusively in real time and is deleted after the session ends.

Artificial Intelligence is equipped with an encrypted, isolated database that belongs exclusively to you. No other user has access. Memory is per-client — Organization A cannot see Organization B's data.

Our infrastructure is fully aligned with GDPR, NIS2 and the EU AI Act. Each service comes with 6 compliance certificates — ready for regulatory audits.

Bytsecure, based in Thessaloniki, processes the data you submit through the contact form solely to reply to your request.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. Contact the Data Protection Officer — we reply within 30 days.

Contact details are kept as long as needed to serve the collaboration and are deleted within 12 months of the last request, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.

Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and on the performance of the collaboration (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). No data transfers to third countries outside the EU.
