We guarantee that your business data — documents, customer conversations, financial records — is never exported to or stored in US clouds and never used for training. For AI features only the prompt leaves, under zero retention (ZDR): the provider stores nothing — there is no data it could be compelled to hand over.

All systems are hosted and run on secure servers within the European Union — open-source software, managed by Bytsecure. The client chooses: on-premise installation or a dedicated European cloud. Your data is not stored outside the EU; for AI only the prompt is transferred, under zero retention (ZDR).

Bytsecure NEVER uses your corporate data to retrain its language models. Your data is used exclusively in real time and is deleted after the session ends.

Artificial Intelligence is equipped with an encrypted, isolated database that belongs exclusively to you. No other user has access. Memory is per-client — Organization A cannot see Organization B's data.

Our infrastructure is fully aligned with GDPR, NIS2 and the EU AI Act. Each service comes with 6 compliance documents — ready for regulatory audits.

Bytsecure, based in Thessaloniki, processes the data you submit through the contact form solely to reply to your request.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. Contact the Data Protection Officer — we reply within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA) under Article 77 GDPR.

Contact details are kept as long as needed to serve the collaboration and are deleted within 12 months of the last request, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.

Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and on the performance of the collaboration (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). No data is stored outside the EU; for AI only the prompt is transferred, under zero retention (ZDR).

This website stores two kinds of data in your browser. ① Necessary (no consent required): your shopping cart is kept locally on your device (localStorage) — the cart does not work without it. ② Optional (only with your consent): Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, which set traffic- and conversion-measurement cookies. Without your consent none of these tools is loaded and no data leaves your browser. Recipient: Google Ireland Ltd (and Google LLC, USA, under standard contractual clauses).
