1. The Sovereignty Manifesto

Bytsecure AI develops Dual-Use Artificial Intelligence systems. Unlike traditional Cloud services, our core principle is 'Zero Data Exfiltration'. We never share, sell, or expose your operational data to third-party APIs.

2. Enterprise & Defense-Tech (On-Premise / Air-Gapped)

For our clients utilizing Sovereign Edge Nodes within their own facilities or isolated networks (Air-Gapped), Bytsecure does not collect, transfer, or have any access whatsoever to the data processed by the system. The organization retains absolute physical and digital sovereignty.

3. SME Operations & Cloud Agents

For Small and Medium Enterprises utilizing our Cloud AI Agents (Pay-as-you-go model), we enforce strict Tenant Isolation. Data (texts, calls, invoices) is encrypted in transit and at rest (AES-256).

4. Model Training

Bytsecure NEVER uses your personal or corporate data (prompts, RAG documents, files) for the training of its foundational language models, without an explicit, separate, and written business agreement. We rely exclusively on secure, European Open-Weights ecosystems (such as Mistral AI).

5. Regulatory Compliance

Our infrastructure is designed to fully support organizations in their alignment with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the NIS2 Directive for Cybersecurity, and the upcoming EU Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act).
