Introduction

Bytsecure was designed with Privacy by Design principles. We do not collect, store, or process client data — the only thing we keep is your billing record. All other data belongs exclusively to the client and resides on their infrastructure.

We guarantee that no business data — queries, documents, customer conversations, or financial records — is exported, transferred, or sold to third countries or external APIs.

All systems are hosted and executed exclusively on secure servers within the European Union. For on-premise deployments, the server is in the organization's building. For EU Cloud, servers are at a European provider. We eliminate all risk of cross-border data transfers.

Bytsecure NEVER uses your corporate data for training or fine-tuning of its language models. Your data is used exclusively in real-time to serve your needs. Unlike ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini — which use your prompts for training.

Sovereign AI is equipped with an encrypted, isolated database that belongs exclusively to you. No other user has access. Memory is per-client — Organization A cannot see Organization B's data.

Our infrastructure is fully aligned with GDPR and the EU AI Act. We provide a legally secure AI solution for every European organization. All services are on-premise or EU cloud — no transatlantic data transfers.
