These terms govern the use of Bytsecure services, including the Sovereign AI platform and on-premise deployments.

By registering or signing a contract, you fully accept these terms.

Enterprise (On-Premise): For organizations that want full deployment on their own infrastructure, we offer annual contracts with initial installation, configuration, and technical support.

EU Sovereign Cloud: For organizations choosing managed hosting at a European provider, we offer monthly plans (€79-249) with no minimum commitment.

The platform may interact with external APIs and systems (ERP, CRM, accounting).

Bytsecure is not responsible for delays or downtime of third-party systems.

Autonomous systems produce results based on available data. The user bears final responsibility for verification and approval.

Human-in-the-loop approval is recommended for critical decisions, especially financial transactions.

The Bytsecure code, design, and architecture are the exclusive intellectual property of the company.

Data and customizations within the client's infrastructure belong exclusively to the client.

The user may request account deletion at any time.

After 12 consecutive months of complete inactivity, Bytsecure reserves the right to deactivate the account.
