Terms of Service & SLA

Rules of Engagement. Please read carefully the terms governing the use of Bytsecure AI Agents, Sovereign Edge Nodes, and Dual-Use services.
1. Scope & Dual-Use Application
The Bytsecure platform provides AI software and hardware (Sovereign Nodes) serving from commercial SMEs (SME Operations) to government and defense organizations (Defense-Tech). The use of our software is subject to national and European dual-use technology export control regulations. Unauthorized use of our AI Agents for offensive cyber-operations is strictly prohibited.
2. "Pay-As-You-Go" Financial Model (SMEs & Tokens)
For SME Operations services (e.g., AI Secretary, Social Media Agents), Bytsecure implements a prepaid Wallet model. Credits/Tokens are prepaid and non-refundable. A minimum Monthly Availability Fee is applied to each account for the maintenance of the isolated environment (Tenant Isolation). The platform reserves the right to suspend (sleep mode) AI Agents if the balance reaches zero.
3. Enterprise SLAs & Sovereign Hardware
For Enterprise and B2G clients utilizing the Mission-Critical and Full-Spectrum packages: Bytsecure provides a 99.9% and 99.999% uptime guarantee (SLA) respectively, for High-Availability deployments. Equipment (Hardware Appliances / Tactical Nodes) provided (Turnkey deployment) remains the property of Bytsecure unless otherwise specified by the respective Supply Agreement. Installation in Air-Gapped (offline) environments exempts Bytsecure from SLAs regarding cloud uptime, transferring maintenance responsibility to on-site personnel.
4. Intellectual Property Protection (IP Shield)
The AI Orchestration Layer and the integration code are the exclusive intellectual property of Bytsecure. Any attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the communication architecture between Open-Weights models (Mistral, Nemotron) and client APIs (e.g., ERPs, Gov.gr) is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability & AI Outputs
Bytsecure develops cutting-edge AI systems; however, the final outcome (AI Output) requires human oversight ("Human-in-the-loop"). Bytsecure bears no legal or financial liability for professional or tactical decisions made solely on the basis of automated reports.
