Are your clients' data really safe?
We'll show you. Not with words — with proof.
Your IT department. Without the cost of one.
Cyber audits for doctors, lawyers, notaries and accountants — GDPR & NIS2 ready.
The fraud you don't see coming
Your client receives a call from “your company”. The caller knows their name, mentions an appointment or a file, and asks them to “confirm” their bank account or ID number — for security reasons. These are social-engineering techniques, the leading cause of cyber fraud in Greece and Europe today.
It is not a stranger hacker in a basement — it is people who watch you and use your trust.
The target is not the server; it is the trust you built with your clients. Once betrayed, the cost is not only money — it is the reputation and the work of a lifetime.
Every risk maps to a specific article of the law — and to a measure that closes it. We do not just tell you that you are at risk; we prove it.
US CLOUD Act (2018)
US law that compels cloud providers to surrender data to US authorities, even if the server sits in Europe. No Greek court order is required — the request is enough.
Bytsecure Protection
On-premise or EU cloud without a US parent.
GDPR — Fines up to €20M
For personal-data breaches. Businesses of every size are liable.
Bytsecure Protection
BYT-GDPR document + 6 technical measures (GDPR Art. 32).
NIS2 — Fines up to €10M
For cyber incidents at essential and important entities. Mandatory 24-hour reporting.
Bytsecure Protection
BYT-NIS2 document + 24/7 SIEM + staff training.
EU AI Act — Tiered penalties
Ban on social scoring · transparency duties for chatbots · fines up to 7% of global turnover.
Bytsecure Protection
BYT-AI document + local LLM + per-application audit.
AI training on your data
Public LLMs use inputs for training. Sensitive data must never leave.
Bytsecure Protection
On-premise LLM (Gemma 4) or a provider bound by a processing agreement, with no training on your data.
For your profession
Doctor
- Your fear
- A patient's record opening in the wrong hands — or having to report a data breach to the Authority.
- What we check
- Whether your appointment system, website or email lets someone reach the record without any sign of intrusion.
- Bytsecure's answer
- We show you in practice where you stand — because you rose to the duty of medical confidentiality (GDPR Art. 9).
Lawyer
- Your fear
- A case that had to stay unknown leaking out — and making headlines outside the sealed courtroom.
- What we check
- Whether your files, email and website are a hidden fortress or a glass house for anyone looking with bad intent.
- Bytsecure's answer
- We show you where confidentiality breaks — so no case file ever falls into third hands.
Notary
- Your fear
- A forged instruction or a compromised communication “transferring” property or money — with the liability landing on you.
- What we check
- Whether your systems (deeds, aids, email) can be forged or manipulated from outside.
- Bytsecure's answer
- We prove that your institutional integrity has technical shielding too — not only legal.
Accountant
- Your fear
- One wrong money transfer or a leak of tax data destroying a decades-old relationship of trust.
- What we check
- Whether the computer holding all your clients' secrets (myDATA, banking, payroll) can be opened remotely or with a phone call.
- Bytsecure's answer
- We show you where the real door is — and how to keep it locked every day.

What We Check for Each Regulation
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
Regulation 2016/679
What is it?
General Data Protection Regulation. Applies to every organization processing EU citizens' personal data. Fines up to €20M or 4% of annual revenue. In effect since 2018.
Article 48 — Disclosure to third-country authorities
If your data leaves for abroad through a provider subject to the CLOUD Act, the transfer breaches Chapter V (Articles 44–46) and specifically Article 48: an order from a third-country authority is enforceable only under an international agreement with the EU.
Data within EU
On-premise or European cloud — your data is not stored outside the EU
Right to erasure
Full deletion — files, queries, logs
Data minimization
Only essential data is collected
Breach notification
SIEM real-time alerts — notification within 72h
DPO support
Documentation, audits, compliance reports
Zero training
Your data is never used for AI training
Network & Information Security Directive (NIS2)
Directive 2022/2555
What is it?
Network and Information Security Directive. In effect since October 2024 for 18 critical sectors (energy, health, transport, banking, public administration, etc.). Fines up to €10M or 2% of annual revenue.

Prohibited practices (Article 5)
We verify that no function of the system falls under the prohibited practices.
Risk classification (Article 6)
Artificial Intelligence = limited risk (not high risk)
Transparency (Article 50)
The user is informed when interacting with AI
